Smock-Fansler completed the Hoosier Patriot Memorial at Washington Park Cemetery in Indianapolis. Shelby Materials provided concrete to this memorial that contains many examples of integrally colored concrete some of which was stamped and is a beautiful commemoriation to the National Guardsmen for their service and sacrifice.
